My name is Leah Janell and I am the Talent Coordinator of No Pounds Entertainment. In an effort to take my acting career to extreme heights I packed my belongings, left Brooklyn, NewYork and moved to Hollywood, California. If I learned anything while chasing my dream it's that ACTORS DON'T EXIST! There are only writers, producers, and directors, who just so happen to know how to act. While attending the Joanne Baron / DW Brown Acting School I was taught to believe that if you can only do one of them, you might as well do none of them. Its all or nothing! When I was offered a position to be the Chief Talent Coordinator of No Pounds Entertainment I could not decline being a part of one of the most progressive movements in the entertainment industry. From 40 Acres and a Mule to Edmonds Productions, now the industry can welcome No Pounds. Who would have thought a “Project Princess”, from Farragut Houses would be able to tell “Brooklyn’s Story” and open mindedly experience “The U” of Lincoln University only to pursue her dreams in LA. Life is truly what you make it, its like seeing the Celtics and the Lakers in the playoffs and their calling Leah Janell to be the “MVP”, why don't you take a “Walk In My Shoes”? Wait for it!
