My name is Ola, Chief Executive Officer of No Pounds Entertainment. Carlito and I started this company in 2003 to entertain the world through many different mediums. Our Chief Talent Coordinator Leah Janell joined the team in 2008 and completed a media force that will be reckoned with for years to come. In 2004, I graduated from Hampton University as a Broadcast Journalism major. After graduation, I worked for major television networks such as UPN, USA and CBS. Early on in my career I realized that working for others would stunt my growth as a creator of programming. I decided to start a company in which I didn't have to worry about the influence of a hierachy that didn't share my vision. Since I was young, I felt I could create quality programming that entertained and informed. With the help of Leah and Carlito this vision has finally come alive.
